Our primary school students displayed exemplary behaviour, sportsmanship and understanding in this weeks’ football tournament at Manchester City FC’s training ground when they played against a number of different schools within the North West. Unfortunately, due to external circumstances the tournament was cut short but Reddish Hall won the game they played convincingly 25-3. Although students were disappointed they got to play no other games, they showed admirable empathy, kindness and understanding in the game they did play helping and motivating the opposition team along the way. Overall, Reddish can be proud of the teamwork they displayed in addition to the positive relationships they started to develop with other schools.
The tournament will be reorganised for the near future – watch this space!
