Dean Cody talks about Child Criminal Exploitation

This term all secondary pupils took part in a workshop about child criminal exploitation that was led by Dean Coady OBE. Dean is a former Parachute Regiment Soldier was a Manchester Police Detective for 26 years. He served in CID, Major Crime and Specialist Operations, Counter Terrorism Branch and Gang Unit. Prior to his retirement, he was one of the highest decorated Police Officers in England. Recently he has also been working with Zimbabwe’s women’s anti-poaching group protecting elephants. Students learnt about street crime and consequences and demonstrated exemplary behaviour throughout.
