Reddish Hall School caters for pupils aged 5-18 with complex educational needs and challenging behaviour. About the role
This Pastoral Support position includes working with young people on a 1-1 or group basis supporting them in lessons and out of class. This is a demanding but highly rewarding role for a candidate that is supportive, proactive and wants to make a difference.
Candidates of all experiences are encouraged to apply and no formal qualifications are necessary however experience of working with young people in the SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) field is highly desirable.
